  1. All rates quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD), inclusive of credit card/bank charges but excluding international bank charges (where applicable).
  2. Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 7% will be added at the time of payment.
  3. Registration deadlines take effect at 2359 hours (GMT+8) of the given dates.
  4. Country classifications are defined according to the World Bank list, which is available here, and eligibility is based on the registrant’s country of residence.
  5. Students registering as delegates are required to upload a scanned copy of their student ID reflecting the name and institution as well as a confirmation that they are a full-time student to enjoy the preferential rate. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry if the required information is not submitted or produced at the point of registration.
  6. Gala Dinner: The fee is inclusive of food and drinks. Due to limited capacity of the venue, availability will be based on a first come, first served basis.
  7. Cancellation Policy:
    1. All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations by 28 May 2020 will receive a 100% refund on registration fee. For cancellations after 28 May 2020, no refunds will be made.
    2. All bank charges for remittance must be paid by registrants.
    3. Please note that for administrative reasons, refunds will be made after the Congress.
  8. Full conference fee must be fully paid prior to or on site at the event.
  9. Registrants are required to provide a unique email address at the time of registration as this will be used as the login ID for the Congress mobile application.

    2. Admission to all Congress Sessions
    3. Admission to the Exhibition

  3. Accompanying persons registration fee includes the following:

      Accompanying persons will not be allowed to access Congress Sessions. For those who wish to attend the Gala Dinner, they can purchase a ticket at SGD 155.
  4. Exhibitor pass holders are entitled to the following:
    1. Admission to the Welcome Reception
    2. Admission to the Exhibition
    3. Approved delegate material
      Exhibitor pass holder will not be allowed to access Congress Sessions. For those who wish to attend the Gala Dinner, they can purchase a ticket at SGD 155.

For on-site registrations, registrants can make payment via either of these methods:

  1. Cash in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
  2. Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  1. Visa Invitation letters can be requested during online registration. The letter will only be issued upon full payment of the registration fee. The following information would be required at the point of registration:
    1. Given and Family Name as per passport
    2. Country of Origin
    3. Date of Birth
    4. Passport Number
    5. Passport Issue & Expiry Date
  2. If requested by Singapore’s Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA), an endorsed copy of the V39A form (Letter of Introduction for Visa Application) can be obtained by sending an email to [email protected] with a scanned copy of the requestor’s passport no later than 22 June 2020.
    1. A fee of SGD35 (inclusive of GST) will be charged for each V39A form requested, payable either via bank transfer or credit card to MCI Group Asia Pacific Pte Ltd.
    2. The V39A form will only be issued upon full payment of the fees required for both registration and the V39A form.
    3. The V39A form will be issued within 3 business days from the date of request or the date of full payment whichever is later.
    4. If original document is required, courier/postage charges must be borne by the requestor. Participants are advised to provision for sufficient time for this process

It is the participant’s responsibility to plan for adequate time to complete the full process of Congress registration and payment, processing of visa letter requests and applying for necessary visas. The Congress Secretariat will not be held liable for any failed visa applications.
