  1. All rates quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD), inclusive of credit card/bank charges but excluding international bank charges (where applicable).
  2. Prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 7% will be added at the point of payment.
  3. Registration deadlines take effect at 2359 hours (GMT+8) of the indicated dates.
  4. Country classifications are defined according to the World Bank list, which is available here, and eligibility is based on the registrant’s country of residence.
  5. Delegates registering under the Student / Trainee category are required to upload proof of their current enrollment status / traineeship to enjoy the preferential rate. The organiser reserves the right to request full payment if the required information is not submitted at the point of registration or deemed to be invalid.
  6. Cancellation Policy:Any cancellation requests should be made in writing to the IACAPAP 2020 Virtual Conference Team at before the stipulated cut-off dates. For ease of identification, please ensure that the delegate name and registration number is clearly indicated on all correspondence. All refunds will be processed in Singapore Dollars (SGD), and for refunds received in other currencies, variations in fees received may occur due to conversion of fees to your home currency by the receiving bank.

  1. Registration fees must be paid in full prior to the Virtual Congress. Any registration not paid in full will be denied access to the Virtual Congress.

All registrations will be charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD), and can be paid for via credit card.

  • Only Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards are accepted
  • International bank fees are to be borne by the cardholder, including any currency conversion fees.

For Singapore-registered doctors, nurses and pharmacists:
Singapore Medical Council - 2 per session (Total: 12 points)
Singapore Pharmacy Council - 2 per session (Total: 12 points)
Singapore Nursing Board - 2 per session (Total: 12 points)

Singapore-registered doctors, nurses and pharmacists are eligible to obtain 2 CME/CPE points per session (2 symposium tracks daily), for a total of 12 CME/CPE points for the full Virtual Congress. All views completed on and before 13 December will be submitted on behalf, whereas all views completed after 13 December will need to be submitted by the requestor.

IACAPAP 2020 has been pre-approved at 60% VCF funding of the full conference fee for Singaporeans/PRs and 40% VCF funding for Work Permit / Employment Pass / S Pass holders. Delegates from eligible social service agencies must submit a VCF Local Training Grant application via their agencies. Upon approval, please provide the IACAPAP 2020 Virtual Congress Team with the approval email as proof of eligibility for VCF funding. A unique voucher code will then be sent to the delegates for input during registration for the Virtual Congress. Please contact the IACAPAP 2020 Virtual Congress Team at for any queries.

When does the early bird registration end?
The early bird registration ends on 31 October 2020, 2359 hours (GMT+8).

I am unable to pay using credit card – can I use other modes of payment?
Please contact our Registration Team at for assistance to complete your registration using other payment methods.

I have received a voucher code – how do I use it?
Please register using the Delegate category, and enter your voucher code in the field provided on the Payment Information page during the registration process.

I have previously registered for the physical congress, and have not withdrawn my participation – do I need to register again?
No, you do not need to register again – our Registration Team will be in touch with you on transferring your registration to the Virtual Congress.

What sort of proof do I need to provide as a student / trainee?
A signed letter from your organisation / institution on an official letterhead, or other similar documents confirming your status would be sufficient.

Do we receive accreditation points for attending the IACAPAP 2020 Virtual Congress?
Singapore-registered doctors, nurses and pharmacists are eligible for CME / CPE points. Please input your MCR / SNB / PRN during registration to be included.

For delegates registered in other countries, a certificate of attendance will be made available to you after the Congress upon completion of the post- Congress survey.

This can be used as proof of your attendance to support your application with your respective accreditation body.

How many people can I register at once in a group registration?
The system allows for a maximum of 20 delegates to be registered at once under the same category. If you wish to register more than 20 delegates at once, please write to us at .

I made a mistake during the registration process - can I change my selection?

I received my confirmation email, but I do not see a link to access the platform.
The access link to the Virtual Congress platform will be sent out in a separate reminder email approximately 2 weeks before the Congress. Please notify us at if you do not receive your access link by then.

When is the IACAPAP 2020 Virtual Congress?
The Virtual Congress will take place from 2 - 4 December 2020.

What time zone will the Virtual Congress be held in?
We recognise that the Congress attracts an international pool of audience, and thus, the Scientific Committee has decided to run each day's programme in a different time zone.

How can I submit an abstract for the IACAPAP 2020 Virtual Congress?
Unfortunately, we will no longer be taking in any new abstracts for the Virtual Congress.

Can I access the platform from my mobile device?
The platform is optimised for both desktop and mobile devices, and supports major browsers such as Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Apple Safari.

What happens if I miss any session during the Virtual Congress?
Sessions will be made available on- demand after the initial stream, and all sessions will remain accessible for 3 months after the Congress.

Can I share an account with someone else?
No, account sharing is strictly not allowed. Each account is designed to only allow one active session, and logging in on another device will sign out the initial device used.

Will I be recorded?
Recordings made during the Virtual Congress will only capture the presenter and all content that are shared on screen by the presenter. As a participant, your comments and questions will not be captured, unless shared by the presenter.

Are there any interaction or networking opportunities during the Virtual Congress?
The virtual platform will allow for interaction during sessions and networking opportunities between delegates will be made available.

Will there be a virtual exhibition?
Yes, there will be a virtual exhibition during the Virtual Congress, with a dedicated profile page for each sponsor. More information on accessing these functions will be shared closer to date.
